Radio Programming Guide
Set your handheld radio to these settings to connect to the network. The key is the split tone: your radio transmits with a 100.0 Hz tone so the base hears you, but receives with no tone so you hear everything.
⚠️ One-time check: Before programming, listen on Ch 16 for 30 seconds.
If you hear constant chatter, that channel may be in use in Richmond.
If so, pick an alternate from the table below
and coordinate with the group.
